OVERALL WINNING FLAG DESIGN
This year's winner is Claire Okpebho from Monarch Academy Annapolis in Anne Arundel County. Claire's art teacher is Erin Nottrott. This design will be created into a flag and represent Maryland at the 2025 National Art Education Association Conference

WINNING Elementary DESIGN
This year's Elementary winner is Aadhya Pothuri from Diamond Elementary School in Montgomery County. Aadhya's art teacher is Eileen Russell.
WINNING Middle School DESIGN
This year's Middle School winner is Camille Schwarb from Ridgely Middle School in Baltimore County. Camille's art teacher is Raine Dawn.
