  Youth Art Month

Congratulations to all of the students and teachers that participated in the 2016 Youth Art Month’s “Power of Art” flag design contest. We received over 100 entries from all over the state! Congratulations to the Maryland Grand Prize Winner, Mariya Occorso. Mariya is from Parkville High School, taught by Mr. James Hesser. Mariya will have her work made into the Maryland YAM flag to be displayed at the NAEA convention in Chicago this March. Mariya will also be treated to a trip to New York City courtesy of Sargent Arts.

Thank you to Sargent Art for sponsoring the 2016 YAM flag contest.
